Technical Assembly

From simple to complicated assembly tasks and procedures, our staff is capable to handle any request. Concept Completion, Inc. practices static-safe handing and assembly procedures using industry standard IPC Class 2 and 3 practices.

Cable Assembly

Custom and standard cable assembly performed to IPC Class 2 and 3 standards. Customer provided specialized connectors or off the shelf, we can handle it all.

  • Extreme Temperature Requirements
  • Harsh Environment/Chemical Resistance
  • High Voltage (greater than 600V)

Prototyping

For most mechanical requirements, our on-site machine shop can handle component fabrication and modification. Concept Completion, Inc. offers in-house prototyping of products for testing and verification.

Manufacturing

Validation and Verification
